Optimum Me Support Services offers both support work and social work (therapies, mentoring & crisis support) to assist participants in living their lives as autonomously as possible.

 

Optimum Me support staff are trained/ experienced in working with a variety of challenges such as: Intellectual, Physical, Cognitive, Sensory, Psychiatric & Neurological, having years of industry experience matched with qualifications in Social Work, Individual Support and Disability care.

Working from a strengths and task based framework, while applying Trauma informed care/ person centered practice, Optimum me aims to help participants live their lives as optimal as possible.
